We started it for ourselves.

We started using AI because we were frustrated customers ourselves.

We were tired of off-the-shelf SaaS that fit 80% — and the remaining 20%, billed as "a custom module", cost more than the entire license. We were angry every time an integrator sent a change request for €8,000 and three months of waiting, when in business three months don't exist. We were furious when, after three years, we realized the code we'd been paying for had never been ours.

When we started solving these things ourselves with AI tools, we figured out two things. First: it was fast. Second: we owned it. By the third week, the first client showed up with the same problem. By the sixth month, we'd stopped working only for ourselves.

AI-first workflow. Production code in weeks, not quarters.

A traditional agency writes a 40-page spec and then ships in 6 months. We deliver a working POC in 1–2 weeks and you're in production in 6–12 weeks. Here's how.

    A 30-minute intro call. We capture the goal, success metrics, and constraints (GDPR, internal IT policy, existing systems). Output: a one-page brief and a price estimate.

    Rapid POC

    1–2 weeks

    We build a working prototype using real data (or synthetic, if data isn't available yet). The customer sees results before a traditional agency would have finished writing the spec. The goal of the POC is to prove the solution solves your problem — or to discover that a different approach is needed.

Internal product for a sister company (field service) — Odoo CRM replacement

Challenge
Odoo CRM licensing and customization costs were growing past sustainability. There was no native GPS tracking for field staff and no custom modules for field-service workflow specifics.
Solution
OmniHub — a custom AI-first system with modules tailored to the actual processes, native GPS integration for real-time management of field staff, full data ownership, and no vendor lock-in.

SafetyCounter — an integration layer over multiple HW counter brands, a dashboard with statistics, trends, and exports. The hybrid HW+SW product typical of 1337.
